Property consultation
A real estate agent will meet with you to discuss the best marketing plan for your property. This includes what price to list your home for sale and what advertising initiatives to invest in.

We will arrange for a FOR SALE signboard for your property. Alternatively you may choose to upgrade to a larger picture signboard.
Photography
Our agents will take photographs of your property to use in any print and website advertising. Alternatively you may choose to include professional photography in your marketing.
Web advertising
Your property will be listed for free on the Citycoast Property website plus on 
, the number #1 property search website. We’ll select the best photos to showcase your property and write a compelling advertisement to attract enquiry. Alternatively you may choose to upgrade to a feature listing.
Print advertising
Your agent will coordinate the writing and placement of any media advertising that is agreed upon. You will only be charged for the advertising that you use. You will be reimbursed for the costs of any unused advertising that hasn’t passed the booking deadline.
Open homes and inspections by appointment
If you and your agent decide to open your home for inspection then your agent will conduct the inspections in a professional and efficient manner. All potential buyers will be recorded and followed up after inspections.
Once your property is under contract for sale, your agent will also be present for any building, pest or valuation inspections.
Auctions
If you and your agent decide that an auction is the best way to sell your property then Citycoast Property can arrange a full auction marketing plan and an experienced auctioneer to conduct your auction on the day.
Buyer negotiations
All serious offers to buy your property will be presented to you. Your agent will work in your best interest to achieve the highest possible price for your property with the best possible sale conditions. Under your instruction we will facilitate negotiations with potential buyers.
Contracts
Your agent will assist a buyer in completing a valid purchase contract on your property. We will then arrange for your contract to be delivered to your legal representation and keep track of any condition deadlines.
